BP-Miner — pilot setup

Any computer, any internet connection. No admin rights, no VPN, about 2 minutes.

1. Install

⬇ Download BP-Miner

1. Unzip the download (double-click it).
2. In Chrome/Edge, open chrome://extensions and turn Developer mode ON (top-right toggle).
3. Click Load unpacked and select the unzipped bp-miner-unpacked folder.

The "developer mode" notice Chrome shows at launch is expected for the pilot — leave it on.

2. Settings (one time)

Click the BP-Miner icon → Settings and fill in:

• Your Email: your name or handle (this labels your data on the dashboard).
• Backend URL: should already be filled with
  https://bp-miner.tailf7233e.ts.net
  If the field is empty or different, paste exactly that.
• Org API key: paste the key Alex sent you (it's private, so it's not posted on this page — message Alex if you don't have it).

3. Updates

There's no silent auto-update in this pilot setup, so here's how updates work:

• When a new version ships, a yellow banner appears in the BP-Miner popup telling you which version you're on and what's new to get.
• To update: download the zip from this page again → open chrome://extensions → Remove the old BP-Miner → Load unpacked the new unzipped folder.
• Then reopen Settings and re-enter Your Email and the Org API key (removing an extension clears them). Takes ~30 seconds.

4. Dashboard

Open the dashboard → paste the same API key Alex sent you → click Discover. Your data appears after the first synced sessions.
